Photo talk submission opens from 1st Oct 2023 to 10th Oct 2023.

Technical & Ethical Standards

1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to students of Standard 6th to 10th.

2. Competition Overview:
Participants will be presented with a series of selected photographs by the organizers.
Each participant is required to provide a caption for any one photograph.
Each Participant is required to write a clear, concise and creatively written description for any one photograph

3. Submission Guidelines:
Document to be uploaded in MS Word or PDF format.
File to be named as “Student’s Name_School Name”.
Captions should be in English, Marathi or Hindi and must be original, unique, and previously unpublished.
Captions must not exceed 150 characters.
The description of the photograph must be minimum 1000 words and maximum 1500 words.

4. Judging Criteria:
Captions will be evaluated based on their creativity, originality, relevance to the photograph, and ability to evoke emotions or tell a story.

5. Entry Fee:
There is no entry fee to participate in this competition.

6. Copyright and Usage:
Participants retain full copyright and ownership of their submitted captions.
By entering the competition, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to use the submitted captions / Description for promotional purposes related to the competition, with appropriate credit.

7. Number of Submissions:
Participants can choose any one photograph for entry.
Only one entry per participant.

8. Submission Period:
Entries must be submitted between 1st October and 10th October 2023

9. Winner Selection:
A panel of judges selected by the organizers will review and select the winning captions.
The judges’ decision is final and cannot be contested.

10. Prizes:
Specific prizes, such as certificates, recognition, or small tokens, will be awarded to the top captions.

11. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified in advance before the public announcement

12. Disqualification:
Captions containing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
Any violation of the competition rules will lead to immediate disqualification.

13. Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to have their names and captions featured on the competition website and associated promotional materials.

14. Legal Jurisdiction:
The competition is subject to the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes and Updates:
The competition organizers reserve the right to make changes to the rules, prizes, or any other aspect of the competition. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

16. No Animal & Birds were harmed during the suit of these photographs. Images are taken in their natural habitat & during rescue mission.

By submitting entries to the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these rules and guidelines.
